Red Velvet
Oh, this is the one folks ask for most often. Cream cheese frosting, the barest whisper of cocoa, and a slice big enough to send a neighbor home happy.
✦P.s. Thank you Calvin♥✦
A handful of favorites from my kitchen. All made fresh to order, so tell me what you are celebrating.

Bright as a Sunday morning. Meyer lemon curd tucked between the layers, with a soft vanilla buttercream on top, pretty as a hat.
Three good layers with ganache between each one. For the chocolate lover in the family who is not here to play around.
Fresh grated carrots, warm spices the way Grandma used to do them, and a cream cheese frosting that may just become your new favorite.
A little summer on a plate. Sweet strawberries, the lightest whipped cream, simple, honest, and lovely as can be.
Sprinkles all the way through, vanilla buttercream on top. A little cheerful something for whoever is having a birthday this week.
Golden and gentle. Toasted almond cake with a soft honey mascarpone, the sort of thing you would serve with afternoon tea.
Have something on your heart? Tell me the occasion and the flavors you love, and we will dream it up together.
The menu shifts a touch with the seasons. If you do not see what you have in mind, just ask. I would love to help.
✦ Just Getting Used To Being Online So I May Miss A Few ✦
↓A few practical things, right up front.
Two weeks of notice is just lovely. One week is the minimum I ask for. Wedding cakes I prefer four to six weeks for. Last minute, you can always ask, sometimes I have a little room.
Cakes start at $55 for a sweet little 6 inch. Tiered and sculpted work is quoted by the project. You will always see a number before you commit to a thing.
Baked in a home kitchen that uses wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts. Gluten free and dairy free are possible with a bit of notice, just say the word.
If yours is not here, just ask me in your note.
I do local delivery around Cache Valley for a small fee. Porch pickup here in Hyrum is always free of charge.
Most likely, yes. Send it on over with your note and I will tell you what is reasonable and what is not.
Just cakes, I am afraid. There are folks in town who do the little things far better than I ever could.
Three tiers, enough to feed around seventy five. Anything larger and I will send you to a dear friend of mine.
A 50 percent deposit holds your date on the calendar. The rest you can settle up when you come for pickup.
I am just getting used to being online, so I may miss a note here and there. If you do not hear back in a couple of days, please send another. I do not mind a bit.
